Our story
From creative concept to complete delivery.
Dr. Natalie Sharpe founded Sharpe Communications in 2023 as a multimedia production and communications company. Working with businesses, ministries, authors and community organizations revealed a recurring challenge: creating the concept and visual assets was only part of the journey. Many physical products still had to be sent to separate production houses.
Sharpe Prints & Business Solutions was established in 2025 to close that gap. It extends the creative and media work of Sharpe Communications into physical production and delivery, bringing more of the process into one accountable relationship—from the initial idea and design through proofing, production and the finished product.
That experience shapes how we work today: understand the vision, find a practical solution and help turn it into something visible, credible and useful.

Dr. Natalie Sharpe, D.D.
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Natalie brings more than 15 years of experience across broadcasting, multimedia production, print and photography retail management, studio operations and entrepreneurship. Her work helping people develop their ideas inspired the solution-first approach behind Sharpe Prints.
She leads the company’s vision, strategy, brand, partnerships and client solutions. A mentor and certified Life Coach, Natalie combines creative experience with a commitment to helping businesses, organizations and community leaders move their projects forward.
Dameian Sharpe
Vice President, Operations
Dameian brings more than 10 years of warehouse and assembly-line production and management experience, alongside more than 20 years of entrepreneurship in Jamaica’s agricultural industries.
At Sharpe Prints, he supports production workflow, equipment readiness, inventory, quality control and fulfillment. His practical experience and welcoming approach help keep care and reliability at the centre of the customer experience.
